The ElLemuel Charitable Foundation (ECF) is a non-profit organization committed to alleviating poverty through sustainable solutions for individuals and families experiencing housing and income insecurity. We are a CRA-registered charity and are actively piloting programs in preparation for expanding our charitable operations across the province.

We work to uplift individuals and families living below the Low-Income Measure (LIM) by: •Providing affordable rental housing •Offering rental assistance in times of crisis •Delivering financial literacy, employment, and life skills programming •Creating access to wraparound support services and community navigation Our focus is on transforming lives through stability, self-sufficiency, and dignity—starting in Ontario and expanding beyond.
