ElLemuel Charitable Foundation (ECF) is a new non-profit dedicated to relieving poverty through sustainable solutions for individuals and families facing housing and income insecurity. While not yet fully funded or CRA-registered, we are actively piloting programs in preparation for province-wide charitable operations.

ElLemuel Charitable Foundation is committed to relieving poverty through sustainable, community-based solutions. We work to uplift individuals and families living below the Low-Income Measure (LIM) by: •Providing affordable rental housing •Offering rental assistance in times of crisis •Delivering financial literacy, employment, and life skills programming •Creating access to wraparound support services and community navigation Our focus is on transforming lives through stability, self-sufficiency, and dignity—starting in Ontario and expanding beyond.
